1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Noble Tax Strategies, LLC ("Noble," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit www.nobletaxstrategies.com (the "Site"), contact us, use our client portal, or engage us for tax, accounting, bookkeeping, advisory, wealth management, estate planning, or insurance-related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Site or our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or provide us with your information.

This Policy applies to Noble Tax Strategies, LLC. Certain services are provided through separate affiliated entities, including Noble Wealth Advisors, LLC (investment advisory and wealth management) and Noble Insurance Strategies (insurance-related services). Those entities may maintain their own privacy practices, and we will tell you when a different entity is handling your information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide to us directly, information we collect automatically when you use the Site, and information we receive from third parties.

Information you provide directly. This includes information you submit when you book a consultation, fill out a contact or intake form, create or use a client portal account, communicate with us by phone or email, or engage us for Services. Depending on the interaction, this may include:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Business name, entity type, and business contact details
  • Account login credentials for the client portal
  • Tax documents and tax return information, including Social Security numbers, Employer Identification Numbers, income, deductions, and filing details
  • Financial and accounting records, bank and investment account information, and bookkeeping data
  • Information relevant to wealth, estate, retirement, insurance, and financial planning
  • Any other information you choose to provide

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, which may include your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies, tags, and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager. See Section 6 for more on cookies and tracking.

4. Confidentiality of Tax Return Information

If we prepare or assist with your tax returns, federal law (including Internal Revenue Code Section 7216) restricts how we may use or disclose your tax return information. We will not use your tax return information for any purpose other than preparing your returns, and we will not disclose it to third parties, except as permitted by law or with your consent. Where the law requires your written consent before we use or disclose tax return information for a particular purpose, we will obtain that consent separately.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as software platforms, document and data hosting, client portal providers, payment processors, email and scheduling tools, and analytics providers. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Affiliated entities. With your knowledge, we may coordinate with Noble Wealth Advisors, LLC and Noble Insurance Strategies to deliver wealth management, investment advisory, and insurance-related services.
  • Independent professionals. CPA-required services, when applicable, are performed by appropriately licensed independent CPA professionals or firms, and we may share necessary information with them to deliver your Services.
  • Legal and regulatory. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Noble, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Noble is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections in this Policy.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and the analytics and advertising tools deployed through it, to operate the Site, understand how visitors use it, and improve performance. We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, and comply with our legal, regulatory, professional, and recordkeeping obligations. Tax and financial records are often subject to retention periods required by law. When information is no longer required, we will dispose of it securely.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

  • Access and update the information you have provided to us by contacting us
  • Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us (this will not affect service-related communications)
  • Manage cookies through your browser settings

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, such as the right to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or to limit certain uses. Because we serve clients nationwide, the rights available to you may vary by state. To exercise any rights you may have, contact us using the information in Section 13, and we will respond as required by applicable law. 11. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
